- Master's Level of Education
- Current Florida License
- Good Professional Standing
- Clinical Evaluations
- Graduated from an Accredited School
- 24-hour Availability/Rotating On-Call
- 2 years minimum of Private Practice Experience
- Board Certification
- Hospital Privileges
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Healthcare Friendly
- CME-Continuing Medical Education that meets of exceeds requirements
- Flexible, Personable and Caring Providers.
